Ric Mathias serves as the Chief Services Officer at Summit Credit Union, one of the largest credit unions in Wisconsin, with assets exceeding $7.6 billion and over 267,000 members. Mr. Mathias has been with Summit Credit Union for over 20 years, demonstrating a longstanding commitment to strategic leadership and operational excellence.

In his current capacity, Mr. Mathias provides executive oversight of several critical areas, including the organization’s Branch network—comprising both traditional and in-school locations—the Contact Center, Digital Technology and Delivery, Mortgage Sales, Indirect Lending, and Wealth Management. His work is guided by a strong dedication to achieving meaningful outcomes that enhance the financial well-being of Summit’s members, support employee success, and contribute positively to the community.
